Beverbeek Classic 2012 De Beverbeek Classic (BBC) - Herdenkingsrijs Hans Winters - wants to do better each year! After the route was adjusted last year harder and more selective, the Organization takes this year a step further. The organisation of Beverbeek Classic asked the City Government to help make the 15th edition of the BBC to broadcast live on TVL. The City Council went on this question and so TVL will for the first time this cycling contest live broadcast. This is a first for our city Hamont-Achel. We are convinced that with this broadcast the BBC is still better known to the wider audience. Our city but also the route through North-limburg will put in image and that too is important from touristic and sporting point of view. We want to thank the organisation for their boundless commitment to each year to do this again something extra nice and down to the smallest points excellent organised. The opening race for professional riders and elite without contract in Hamont-Achel is meanwhile very known by the cycling fans and is still the only organisation in Limburg which of the International Cycling Union (UCI) forcing points. And now last year our own Jelle Vanendert with his mountain stage victory in the Tour explains the general public now also spontaneously link of racing to our charming town. There we are really proud of! Finally, for the organisation of BBC of next year is the new Michielshof available. Another chance to do something extra in 2013 with the BBC?
